Send us the bill of quantities or material request. We price line by line, flag any item where the specification is ambiguous, and propose an alternative only where it genuinely meets the same standard — clearly marked, never substituted silently.

Once the order is confirmed we agree a delivery schedule with your site team, issue material documentation with each consignment, and keep a running record of what has been delivered against the order so quantity disputes do not appear at month end.
