Steel pipes & fittings
Steel Pipes and Fittings Supplier in Saudi Arabia
FAB KSA supplies carbon steel, stainless, duplex and alloy pipes with fittings, flanges, valves and steel products. Quoted against your line list or drawing, with certificates where the specification calls for them, and delivered from Dammam to sites across the Kingdom.

Carbon steel, stainless steel and seamless pipe supply in Dammam
Pipe enquiries go wrong when the quotation is faster than the reading. A nominal bore is not a schedule; a galvanized finish is not a coating class; and an ERW pipe that is perfectly correct for a handrail is the wrong answer for a pressure line.
Our sales engineers read the line list, the drawing or the site photo before quoting. Where the specification is incomplete we ask one clear question rather than guessing, and where a substitution is needed we mark it plainly on the offer.

Choosing the right steel pipe
A simplified guide to how the main pipe types are usually applied. Always confirm against your project specification — this table is orientation, not a substitute for design.
| Pipe type | Typical use | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Carbon steel seamless | Pressure, high-temperature and process lines | ASTM A106 / API 5L; ½" – 48", Sch. 10 – XXS |
| Carbon steel welded (ERW / LSAW) | Water, structural and low-pressure service | ASTM A53, A252, API 5L; black, galvanized, 3PE or FBE coated |
| GI (galvanized) pipe | Water lines, firefighting and outdoor exposure | Hot-dip zinc coating against humid, coastal corrosion |
| Stainless steel pipe | Food, chemical, water treatment and corrosive service | ASTM A312 / A213 / A269; 304/304L, 316/316L |
| Duplex / super duplex pipe | Seawater, offshore and high-chloride service | ASTM A790 / A789; S31803, S32205, S32750 |
| Alloy steel pipe | Boilers, refineries and high-temperature lines | ASTM A335 P11, P22, P91 and more |

Procurement support
Documentation, cutting and delivery
We supply pipes with the documentation your QA/QC team needs, arrange cutting to length where it saves site work, and schedule deliveries so a full truckload is not sitting in a compound for three weeks.
For repeat consumption, we can hold agreed items against a framework arrangement so call-offs do not restart the procurement cycle every time.
- Mill test certificates where available
- Cut-to-length and bundling on request
- Staged deliveries against a programme
- Framework supply for repeat consumption
- Consolidated pipe and fittings packages
- Site delivery across Saudi Arabia

Steel pipe questions
What is the difference between GI pipe and black pipe?
Both start as steel pipe. GI pipe is hot-dip galvanized, giving a zinc layer that resists corrosion — useful in humid and coastal environments such as the Eastern Province. Black pipe is uncoated and is normally used where it will be painted, coated or installed in a dry, protected environment.
When should I specify seamless instead of ERW?
Seamless pipe has no longitudinal weld and is generally specified for pressure service, high temperature and critical process lines. ERW is well suited to structural work, low-pressure service and general fabrication, and is usually the more economical choice where it is permitted.
Do you supply GI pipes in Dammam?
Yes. Dammam is our base, and GI pipe is one of our most frequently requested lines in the Eastern Province, including Al Khobar, Dhahran and Jubail.
Can you provide mill test certificates?
Where the product and source allow, yes. Please state the certification requirement in your RFQ so we quote from a source that can supply it, rather than discovering the gap after the order is placed.
Do you supply pipe fittings with the pipes?
Yes. We quote pipes and matching fittings, flanges, gaskets and supports together so the package arrives as one coordinated delivery.
What sizes and schedules can you supply?
We cover common commercial sizes and schedules for each pipe type. Send your size, schedule or wall thickness list and we will confirm availability and lead time for each line.
