Manufacturing, not just reselling
Road signage is a fabrication discipline before it is a supply one. The substrate has to be the right gauge, the reflective sheeting has to match the required class, the legend has to be correctly proportioned in two scripts, and the whole assembly has to survive Saudi summer temperatures, coastal humidity and wind loading for years.
FAB KSA manufactures road signboards and traffic signage in-house: cutting and forming aluminium faces, applying reflective sheeting, printing or applying bilingual Arabic and English legends, and finishing sign panels with the frames, brackets and posts they need. We also supply the wider road safety product range — cones, barriers, delineators and portable signals — so a work zone package can be sourced from a single supplier.
We work from your sign schedule, from a drawing, or from a description of the site condition. Where a project follows a specific authority standard, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will fabricate to that requirement rather than to a generic template.

Custom road sign manufacturing covers the full sequence: artwork and legend layout in Arabic and English, substrate selection and cutting, reflective sheeting application, edge treatment and framing, and the posts, brackets and fixings required for the installation condition.
Material and finish options are chosen for the exposure: aluminium composite or aluminium sheet substrates in the appropriate gauge, engineering-grade to high-intensity and diamond-grade reflective sheeting, and protective finishes for coastal and high-UV environments.
For project work we manufacture against a sign schedule with unique reference numbers per sign, so the delivery can be checked against the drawing and installed in the correct sequence.

Does FAB KSA manufacture road signs or only supply them?
We manufacture road signboards and traffic signage — including sign face fabrication, reflective sheeting application and bilingual Arabic and English legend production — and we also supply related road safety products such as cones, barriers, delineators and portable traffic lights.
Can you produce custom sizes and non-standard signs?
Yes. Custom sizes, shapes, legends and project-specific designs are a normal part of our work. Send a sketch, a drawing or a photograph of an existing sign and we will confirm what we can produce.
What materials and reflective grades do you use?
Sign faces are typically aluminium or aluminium composite in a gauge appropriate to the panel size, with reflective sheeting selected from engineering grade through to high-intensity and diamond grade depending on the road class and required night visibility.
Do you produce bilingual Arabic and English signs?
Yes. Bilingual legends are standard for road signage in Saudi Arabia and are produced in-house with correct proportioning for both scripts.
Can you manufacture against a project sign schedule?
Yes. We work directly from sign schedules, mark each panel with its reference number, and can deliver in phases matched to the installation sequence rather than as one uncheckable consignment.
Do you supply temporary traffic signage for road works?
Yes. We supply complete temporary traffic control packages — construction ahead, detour, lane closure and men at work signs together with cones, barriers, warning lamps and portable traffic lights.
What are typical lead times for a signage order?
Standard signs in common sizes are produced quickly; large-format guide signs, gantry panels and custom LED or VMS units take longer because of fabrication and component sourcing. We give a realistic production date with the quotation.
Do you handle installation?
Our core scope is manufacturing and supply, including posts and fixings. Installation support can be discussed for specific projects — raise it with the sales team when the enquiry is submitted so the scope is agreed in writing.
Do you supply road signage in Dammam and the Eastern Province?
Yes. We are based in Dammam and regularly supply road signboards and traffic signs in Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail and Ras Tanura, as well as to projects across Saudi Arabia.
Can you handle bulk and repeat orders?
