A scope, a price and a completion date
Contracting only works when everyone agrees what "finished" means. Every package we take on is written down first: the work included, the work excluded, the materials supplied by us and by you, the access required and the completion date.
Because we also supply the materials, the interface risk drops. There is no argument about whether the delay came from the supplier or the installer when both are the same company.
We take on packages that match our people and equipment rather than bidding on everything. If a scope is outside what we can execute well, we will say so and quote only the part we can stand behind.

Frequently asked questions
How are contracting scopes priced?
Most packages are priced as a lump sum against a written scope, though measured or rate-based pricing is used where quantities cannot be fixed in advance. The basis is always stated on the quotation.
Do you supply materials as part of the contract?
Usually yes — that is the main advantage of working with a trading and contracting company. Where you prefer to free-issue materials, we scope the package as installation only.
Can you work inside operating industrial facilities?
Yes, subject to your permit-to-work system, induction and access requirements. Those requirements should be shared at enquiry stage because they affect productivity and therefore price.
