What kind of item lists can you handle?
Mixed lists are the normal case — building materials, pipes and fittings, fasteners, tools, safety items, electrical and mechanical consumables on one enquiry. Send the list in whatever format you already use.
Will you supply exactly the brand we specify?
Where a brand is specified we quote that brand. If it carries a long lead time we will say so and, if useful, offer an equivalent clearly marked as an alternative for your approval.
Do you supply certificates with materials?
Yes, where the specification requires them. Tell us at enquiry stage which documentation is mandatory, as this can affect both source and price.
